Removal/Deportation Relief

Sometimes U.S. Immigration Authorities attempts to remove/deport Foreign Nationals already in the United States due to past criminal events and/or their current immigration status.  We are vastly experienced in representing Foreign Nationals who U.S. Immigration Authorities attempt to repatriate (remove) to their home country.  Fortunately, sometimes these difficult situations permit for relief from removal/deportation before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and/or the U.S. Immigration Courts.

Some forms of relief include but are not limited to the following:

Adjustment of Status

Asylum, Withholding of Removal, U.N. Convention Against Torture

Cancellation of Removal for Lawful Permanent Residents

Cancellation of Removal for Non-Lawful Permanent Residents

Voluntary Departures

Other Waivers

Motion to Reopen/Reconsider

ICE Request for Stay of Removal

Appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals

Immigration Court Termination/Administrative Closure

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

U Visas

S/T Visas

Temporary Protected Status
